Help Save Lives are very excited to offer our new FAB skills for life program – ‘Push Push Pump the Heart’. This class is designed as a new subject for your children to learn or refresher class if you have previously had our FAB First Aid training.
Did you know that 80% of cardiac arrest happens at home where defibrillators are not available?
But calling 999 and performing effective CPR we can still help to save lives. This is why it is vitally important for everyone to ‘Know what to do’. So, we are starting with our children.
Our new ‘Push, Push, Pump the Heart’ class runs for 2 hours and we can train up to 120 children per class.

How and why we perform CPR – using our Bobby & Betty CPR manikins to our CPR rhyme PUSH PUSH, PUMP THE HEART!
How and why we use defibrillators
PLUS, LOTS OF FUN AND EXCITEMENT
Each child receives a FAB certificate and a sticker. We really encourage the children to teach CPR to everyone at home using a cushion! Even the grownups in the class learn too.
How much?
We know that budgets are tight so we can run these classes from just £1.20 per child. We can train up to 240 children in one day.
